„Sea&Mountain View Apartment“ is a new apartment set in a private home in Assalah owned by a german & egyptian couple.
Just 1 minute walk to Assalah square where you find all shops you need and 2 minutes walk from undeveloped beach and fringing reef. A perfect place to relax and absorb the local culture and have an newly build (2009) appartment including a 40qm roof top teracce from which you have mountain & seaview..
The beachfront promenade lined with restaurants and cafes begins 200 m up the beach and it is a pleasant 15 min walk to the town centre.
The apartments are all newly build & furnished and fitted out with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. To ensure a relaxed start to your stay a welcome pack of essential groceries, some welcome fruits and a sample of the local beer is provided.
The fully air conditioned (new, efficiant, quite aircondition) accommodation on the first floor consists of a kingsize bedroom area, a fully equiped kitchenette with fridge (incl. freezer) cooker, water heater, all necessary dishes & glasses, coffe dishes etc.
Coach area with TV, a modern wet room bathroom with shower, and an absolutly beautifull teracces with beduine seatings with view on sea & mountains, where you can take your sundowner and relax from the daily activities and take your dinners, breakf. Etc..
Also free internet Wireless LAN.

- The German owner lives on the ground floor and will advice you for any help you may need and your point of contact during your stay (languages german, english, italian, egyptian)
- Egyptian cotton linen and towels provided (but note: no beach towels!)
- BBQ facilities provided Owners can help to organise your diving, snorkling, surfing, biking, trekking, shopping tours or any other needs you may have, like transfer from & to airport, tours in dahab and area... just speak to us.Owners speak german, english, italian and egyptian
