What to bring with you

The following items are highly recommended for a holiday in Dahab:

• Sunglasses
• sun block & lip salve
• mosquito spray (not available in eauropean quality!)
• light casual clothing and long trousers
• tops and a jacket for the winter months from dec-march
• Towels for the beach (but also available in all shops)
• sleeping bag if you intend to go on a safari
• good filter coffee (in Dahab only Nescafe available)
• fly strips (locally not available)
• High percentage alcohol for a shot after the meal (local acohol quality very bad)
• Chocolate and pens for local children
